Human Resources Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, administering compensation and benefits, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting performance appraisals, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Experience in human resources management and administration
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Effective communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with employees and management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to make decisions and work independently
• Experience in logistics or transportation industry would be a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
