Job Description:

Looking for a person with experience to manage Delivery for key client engagement(s) having very good experience in Agile Project Deliveries, Client Management, P&L, owning targets and People Management in Application Development and latest trend of technologies.

Requirement: 18+ years in Delivery with at least 5+ years in Project & Program Management in Application Development, Maintenance & Support projects. Very Good Experience in

End to End Project Management using Agile/ Waterfall Methodology in

an onsite-offshore model. Should be hands on Technical execution of the Projects. Strong experience in to managing P&L. Managing finances and budgets. Should be having 360 degree exposure in managing sizable accounts. Should have done one transformation / Applications modernization with Cloud migration experience is a must. Person should have manage revenue size over 20 Mn USD independently. Experience in managing projects both in T&M and Fixed Price. Transformed large programs from Waterfall to Agile methodology. Collaborate with Service-lines managers/SPOCs to solution and service the business pipeline. Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context. Customer facing and maintaining positive relationships with customers. Remaining organized and meeting deadlines. Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise and focus on Continuous Improvement Programmes Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction. Risk identification and mitigation planning. Prepare consultant plan and plan for right consultant mix. Ensure quality of product delivered. Review Project Metrics/ SLAs and their achievement and take corrective action. Monitor progress of projects and update the account manager. Timely billing in line with payment milestones. Track customer complaints and escalations to closure. Account Orientation to new team members. Identify Training needs for the account and coordinate training with Hexavarsity. Provide quarterly projections to functions such as Hexavarsity and Revenue Assurance. Improve project profitability by reducing buffers, planning rotation, grade mix, improving utilization and project location. Plan and track CVAs. Ensure high Employee Passion Index.
