Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Representative at Monsoon Brew Coffee Company located in Kayamkulam. The Sales and Marketing Representative will focus on increasing sales by building and maintaining customer and dealer relationships, conducting market research, and improving brand awareness. Additionally, the Sales and Marketing Representative will work closely with other teams to ensure effective collaboration for sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Communication, Sales, and Customer Service skills
• Additional skills in Digital and Social Media Marketing
• Experience in Sales & Marketing and Training
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Completed or pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field
• Experience in the coffee or food industry is a plus
