Job Description : Head of Sales - Commercial General Insurance

Company Details :

- We are looking for Sales Head who can thrive on fast paced atmosphere as our company goes to next level. Success will be determined by interpersonal skills with an entrepreneurial attitude towards expanding the client base. The individual must have sound knowledge of General Insurance. He must be good in communicating with clients.

Qualification : Minimum education, bachelor's degree in any field. (B. Com BA, Bsc, MA, MBA, etc).

Experience :

- 12-15 years' experience in sales of general Insurance. Having done Insurance Associate will be added benefit.

Exposure :

1. Travelling and sales in any General Insurance company or an Insurance Broker.

2. Knowledge of various commercial General Insurance.

3. Basic computer knowledge like MS word, MS Excel PowerPoint etc. for various tasks.

Candidate Profile, Requirements & Responsibilities :

- Building and maintaining your client base.

- Candidate must have sufficient knowledge in major insurance policies used in corporates like GPA, GMC, Cyber, D&O, Fire, MBD, WC, PI and others.

- Able to create the prospect for new clients

- Ability to handle end to end insurance selling cycle

- Able to handle large corporate and large premium polices.

- Presentable, good communication skills must know English.

- Should be able to communicate with High-Net-Worth Clients.

- Reviewing client insurance program and future on a regular basis.

- Maintain and deepen the relations with existing clients.

Location : Bengaluru.

Compensation : Market rate.
