Job description
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing interviewing and onboarding new talent.
- Review resumes conduct initial screenings and assess candidate s qualifications coordinate and conduct interviews ensuring positive candidate experience while evaluating candidates against job requirements and cultural fit.
- Foster positive employee relations and serve as a point of contact for HRrelated inquiries.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and conduct employee training and development initiatives.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards social media and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates
- Oversee performance management processes providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Implement and maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure accurate and uptodate employee records.
- Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field but however if you are a great problem solver a dropout is also welcome.
- Proven experience in human resources with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role in an IT/ITES/Startup would be preferred.
- Solid understanding of recruitment methodologies sourcing techniques assessment tools HR best practices employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Suite.
- This position is for the Nagpur office candidates willing to relocate to Nagpur may only apply.
