This is a terrific opportunity for a smart and collaborative professional to head our Salesforce Consulting practice in India. Responsible for setting the complete Salesforce consulting practice for Qualitia.
As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities during the presales and post sales engagements with the clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects while building lasting partnerships with our clients. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Functional Consultant: Utilize extensive experience in Salesforce to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions. Lead requirement gathering, translating client needs into functional specifications, and architecting solutions aligned with business objectives. Drive the process of designing, building, and delivering tailored solutions for the clients using Salesforce and Qualitia’s software offerings. Prioritize project deliverables, coordinate team members efficiently, and consistently meet deadlines. Provide expertise to clients regarding effective testing methodologies and best practices within Salesforce implementations. Advocate for the adoption and integration of test automation solutions, advising clients on their benefits and implementation strategies. Support sales efforts by offering insights and assistance to sales teams in aligning client needs with Salesforce solutions during the sales process. Team Management: Build a team of high-performing functional consultants. Provide clear leadership and direction to the team, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and guidance to enhance productivity and quality of work. Motivate team members to achieve their best performance and overcome challenges. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, or Business Administration. 10+ years of experience with Salesforce implementations. Advanced experience with Salesforce configurations Background in CRM process design and implementation. Certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Community Cloud would be beneficial.
