Job description
Job Profile:
- Assisting the Director in day-to-day office work.
- Managing the data properly.
- Look after follow-ups and reminders
- If required need to attend the meetings on Director's behalf
- Preparing reports as per the requirement.
- Maintain a calendar of official appointments.
- Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system for personal and official documents.
- Maintain and update files.
- Answer the director's phone in his absence.
- Prepare and/or edit internal and external letters, faxes, memos, and emails.
- Coordinating with Clients as per the requirement.
- Handling E-Mail Communication with Clients.
- Drafting E-mails as per the direction.
Candidate Profile:
- Good Communication Skill
- Excellent English in written and mail drafting skills and experience.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Presentable.
- Self-motivated.
- Go getting attitude.
