Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and fix issues promptly. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Implement software design patterns and architectural principles to build robust and scalable applications. Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge. Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure software quality and participate in testing activities as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Java Developer with strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, and Hibernate. Experience with web application development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies. Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. Proficiency in version control systems like Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively. Prior experience in Agile methodologies and familiarity with Agile tools like Jira is a plus. Certification in Java development or related technologies is preferred.
