Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Chennai for a Paid Ads Auditor & Optimization Analyst for pay per click advertising or PPC. The Paid Ads Auditor & Optimization Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, conducting audits, and developing strategies to improve performance and ROI.

We are seeking a highly experienced digital marketing specialist to conduct periodic comprehensive audits of our paid Ads accounts and provide recommendations to optimize our ad spend and improve performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Google, Bing and other per click advertising channels and a proven track record of conducting successful audits for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a thorough audit of our Google Ads account, including ad campaigns, ad groups, targeting settings, and bidding strategies. Evaluate Quality Scores, bidding strategies, conversion tracking accuracy, and campaign structure. Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement, including opportunities to reduce wasted spend and increase return on investment (ROI). Provide a detailed report of findings and recommendations, including actionable steps for optimizing our Google Ads account and improving overall performance. Review broader digital marketing performance, including website analytics, and assess how PPC aligns with other channels. Provide insights on cross-channel optimization opportunities and assist with implementing recommendations as needed. Offer guidance on best practices for ongoing Google Ads management and optimization.

Additional Responsibilities:

Analyze revenue data to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior, pricing, and demand, developing insights to help make strategic decisions related to pricing, promotions, and revenue activities. Develop revenue strategies to increase revenue and profitability, potentially through pricing strategies, identifying new revenue streams, and optimizing product mix. Forecast future revenue based on historical data and market trends to assist in company planning and setting revenue targets. Monitor the company's daily revenue performance, identifying shortfalls and developing strategies to address them. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance teams to ensure alignment of revenue strategies with overall company goals. Prepare and share an online Dashboard (Looker or PowerBI) for regular reports on revenue performance, including forecasts, actual results, and improvement recommendations.

Google Ads Specific Responsibilities:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Regularly review the search terms report to adjust targeting and remove irrelevant or low-performing keywords. Check the quality score to ensure ads are performing optimally. Regularly review ad campaign performance to identify well-performing ads and those needing optimization. Integrate Google Analytics for detailed insights into website traffic and conversions. Ensure conversion tracking is set up to monitor user actions post-ad click. Maintain a well-organized Google Ads account structure aligned with business goals. Evaluate and adjust the bidding strategy to meet business objectives. Monitor and adjust the budget based on campaign performance. Maintain communication with your Google Ads manager for optimization strategies.

Qualifications 3-5 Experience with Google Ads and other PPC platforms Expertise in auditing PPC campaigns and identifying areas for improvement Ability to develop and implement PPC optimization strategies to improve performance and ROI Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with Google Analytics and other Web analytics tools Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant PPC and Web analytics tools are a plus
