Job description
As our Instructional Designer, youll be creating engaging learning activities and develops course content to facilitate effective knowledge acquisition. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, apply instructional design theories and methods, and utilize multimedia tools to enhance the learning process.
Responsible for developing standard instructor-led and eLearning materials according to set timeline. This position performs a broad range of activities associated with document creation, multi-media design, learning object organization, development, and reinforcement.
Implement Instructional Design best practices and methodologies to create persona-based training across the sales organization including Account Managers, Renewal Account Managers, Customer Succes Managers, Presales, and the channel.
Extensively use the prior instructional design experiences to understand the training needs and best method for delivery to design, develop, and launch agreed-upon courses.
Consult directly with customers and Subject Matter Experts to develop appropriate learning models to meet the needs of the organization.
Communicates and coordinates training module and course status with global stakeholders.
Upon lesson/ path completion, launch training/ modules via our internal platforms.
About You
4+ years in the instructional design area
Excellent fluency in English in both writing and in communications.
Understand the latest enablement industry trends from content development through learning assessment.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment and lead global enablement efforts.
Proficiency in Google applications, Lessonly, Seismic, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate 360.
Ability to work EMEA hours and take occasional evening calls.
Experience leveraging Google applications preferred.
Proven track record of taking disparate files and content and developing training materials based on the audience/persona to develop relevant coursework whether delivered in person, in virtual session, or online.
