Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Responsible to drive Regional Gas Product and solutions, deliver AOP sales Target, Pre-Sales
activity, preparation & submission of techno commercial proposals and concept selling to
PSU and Private customer (particularly to Tea Gardens) in Kolkata & Northeast of India.
? Audit & gas assessment visits for the tea gardens with gas connection in Assam & Tripura.
? Techno-Commercial understanding of proposals, Clear Value Proposition for the Solution to
the customer. Creating Account Plan & sales strategies for all key pursuits.
? Lead the complete sales process right from opportunity creation & offer submission to the
participating negotiations & order closing.
? To formulate ideas to create new market entries.
? Maintenance of the records & Documents in the server & offline.
? Work on continuous enhancement of solution to drive competitive differentiation.
? Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting
improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
? Looking for different Business Opportunities in the Tea Sector for Horizontal growth.
? Remain flexible in filling other project roles as required.
Qualifications/Requirements:
? Preferred if dealt with natural gas in his Post Graduation as specialization or in previous
company for minimum three years.
? Have a broad and defined idea about the Gas Products (Regulators, Gas Meters, Burners
etc).
? Understanding of Gas transmission and distribution applications.
? Competitive intelligence / Cost-Modeling, Solution optimization of Gas product and
solutions.
? Understanding & experience in Product and Solution Sales for customers in O&G, L&G,
Gas bases, Power plant, OEM, Chemicals & Terminals.

? Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Proficient in using standard business software’s like Windows and MS-Office
? Strong ability to work both alone & in a team.
? Quick learner & aptitude in a fast-paced environment.
? Long term approach to work in a firm for at least 5 years.
? An aggregate of 60 % and above in Mathematics in the last examination.
? Min. 40 wpm typing speed.
? Candidates must be medically fit.
