· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.

· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

· Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of services to clients.

· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

· Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the management team.

· Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its services.

Requirements:

· Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Education industry.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles and techniques.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed and exceed targets.

· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
