New Member Acquisition & Existing Customer Retention
Cross sell other products to the eligible customers introduced by Suryoday
On time collections as per the process
Handover collections on a daily basis to the Audit Officer before the Banking hours
Visit members and follow up for OD payments in a courteous and professional manner
Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner and provide prompt and quality service to the customers
Take regular feedback from the customer and share with the Branch Manager/Area Manager to enhance the quality of our products and services
Proactively informing the applicants if their applications get rejected with valid reasons.
Educating the centers about the benefits of making on time payment
Being transparent with the customers in explaining the product, policies, repayment schedule, insurance, processing fees and other product related information, educating them about the benefits of making ontime payments and demonstrate high level of integrity as per the code of conducts of Suryoday.
Verify and collect all the documents required
Fill in all the details asked in the KYC form and submit the 100% filled KYC along with all other mandatory documents to the BM
Visiting the customers' residence / business for conducting the Center Point Verification(CPV)
Conducting the Centre Meetings as per the process
Capture attendance of the members during the center meetings and ensure that all members are present for all the center meetings
Conduct Center Group Trainings (CGT) for all members as per process
Attend the training programs as per the schedule
business plan targets are achieved.
