Paid Media Manager Responsibilities:
● Input internal creative team for digital asset requests and ensure campaigns will launch on time;
● Understand performance objectives and develop successful media strategies to meet them;
● Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for clients across multiple media – paid search, display, video, and social platforms;
● Assist creative team with ad creation through copywriting and strategic direction;
● Create and deliver meaningful analytics and reporting to monitor and show progress to internal and external customer;
● Troubleshoot, problem solve, and find creative solutions to client-specific needs; ● Manage paid media campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn and Twitter;
● Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies;
● Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives;
● Ensure a smooth workflow within the team and manage the team
- Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch, with a keen eye for consistency.
- Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization, in a highly organized approach
- Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
- Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs with strong analytical background
- Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media, being detail oriented
- Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media
- Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
- Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of online ad serving concepts for video and mobile
- Drive to deliver and exceed performance goals
- Expert understanding of 1st, 2nd and 3rd party audience data, including data partnerships in the online media space;
- Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven work style;
- Understanding of past and current digital marketing and technology trends
- Extensive use and knowledge of ad servers and rich media vendors;
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and focus;
- Quantitative ability and an advanced understanding of digital media analytics, i.e. how to set up media analytics infrastructure to track KPIs;
- Bachelor's degree;
- 3- 5 years of hands on digital marketing experience in paid media;.
- Digital Agency Experience is a must
- Ability to lead and grow the Paid Media Team

- Quantitative ability and an advanced understanding of digital media analytics
- Prior experience with platforms including but not limited Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Twitter Ads
