Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Supervisor. The Assistant Supervisor will be responsible for supervising cleaning staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining communication with clients and management.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or cleaning services
• Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
• Experience in staff supervision and management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site and in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
