Job Responsibilities:
1. Service now implementation experience in ITSM ITOM Automation Automated Testing Framework
2. Strong experience in Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services SOAP email MID etc ).
3. Handson experience developing using JavaScript.
4. Handson experience working with relational databases.
5. Experience developing ServiceNow APIs ServiceNow Workflows UI Pages UI Macros Business Scripts Client Scripts UI Scripts UI Actions UI Policies Script Includes Security Rules
6. ServiceNow administration experience.
7. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer is a plus.
8. Build service requests from customer requirements including requests request items and tasks using workflows to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the service.
9. Uses scripting tools and Service Now functionality create script to automate rote tasks being done in Service Now.
10. Performs integrations using Service Now Integration Hub / REST APIs
11. Load manipulate and maintain data between Servicenow and other systems.
12. Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes
13. Performs system and integration testing with sample and live data Monitor health usage and overall compliance of the application.
14. Handson development and deployment experience with the Servicenow platform
