Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tender Executive to join our team at NeXjob.in. As a Tender Executive, you will be responsible for handling the tender process, bid preparation, and providing support for government e-Marketplace (GeM) activities. This is a full-time position based in New Delhi, Delhi, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in tendering and bidding.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in tendering and bidding, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of the tendering process, bid preparation, and government e-Marketplace (GeM) activities.
- Experience with GeM registration, order processing, and support is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the Central Public Procurement (CPP) portal and tendering procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze tender requirements and develop winning strategies.
- Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software for tender document preparation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset to address challenges in the tendering process.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end tender process, including bid preparation, submission, and follow-up.
- Analyze tender requirements and develop suitable strategies and action plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documents for tender submissions.
- Ensure compliance with tender specifications and government policies.
- Provide support for government e-Marketplace (GeM) activities, including registration, order processing, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of tender submissions, responses, and outcomes.
- Monitor and update tender databases to track upcoming opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and government policies related to tendering and bidding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall tendering process and improve efficiency.
