Designation : Associate Customer Support

Domain : Voice

Skill Required : Good spoken English skills along with basic computer knowledge

Experience Required : 06 Months to 1 Year (90% Requirement is for experience holders holding 1 year of relevant experience)

Shifts : Rotational, 6 days working

Interview Rounds : HR + OPS/Training/Quality + Online Assessment + Final Interview

Interview Time : 10 AM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Role:

To handle queries and complaints from customers tactfully, provide excellent customer experience at every interaction and ensure end to end resolution by taking complete ownership for the customer in every transaction. The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and ensure a significant improvement in customer experience.
