Silver Sky Groups is a leading real estate developer in Bengaluru, offering premium residential and commercial plots in prime locations. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated sales executive to join our team and help us sell our plots to prospective buyers.
Job Description As a real estate sales executive, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting site visits and presenting the features and benefits of our plots to potential customers
- Negotiating and closing sales deals with customers and ensuring timely payments
- Maintaining regular follow-ups and communication with customers and resolving their queries and issues
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and reporting the sales performance to the management
Job Requirements The ideal candidate for this position should have:
- A 10th pass or 12th pass or bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any field
- Freshers or Experienced candidates in any field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Kannada
- A valid driving license and own vehicle
- A customer-oriented and result-driven approach
- A willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per the business needs
