As a Manager/Senior Manager, Program Management Office, you will be part of the PMO group within Large Pharma. Y ou will be adding value through delivering successful support to the project management and clinical trial management groups as well as successfully delivering transformational change management projects and contributing to a culture of project group excellence.

The Role

• Deliver assigned change projects in collaboration with other services across ICON.
• Deliver change management initiatives ensuring on-time and within budget delivery.
• Deliver and support ICON University in training, onboarding, and upskilling programs within Large Pharma Program Management (IPH).
• Participate in periodic review and revision of IPH Program Management owned SOPs/ Policies/ Guidelines.
• Provide support in responding to process queries from Program Management group.
• May need to participate in process audit pertaining to IPH Program Management processes.
• May need to provide support in responding to RFI/RFPs.
• Performs additional relevant responsibilities as requested by management.

What You Need

. 3-5 years' work experience within Project Management OR Clinical Trial Management.
. Have a Degree in a Life Sciences or related discipline.
. Customer focussed with the ability to build excellent rapport with business partners.
. Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
. Comfortable with presenting to groups.
. Super organised and remains calm in taking care of multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines.
. Passionate about developing a career within the PMO.
