Job description
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Complete Recruitment process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
2. Strategic Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online channels, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
3. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers & functional heads to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
4. Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with the companys values and goals.
5. Candidate Experience: Provide positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback. Internal
6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruitment to continuously improve and optimize the hiring process.
7. Create Pipelines: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key technical roles to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
8. Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of the companys employer brand to attract top talent.
