Job Description:
As a Motion Graphic Designer and animator , your role encompasses the creation of dynamic motion graphics and character animations for diverse platforms using After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere. You will collaborate closely with supervisors and team members, ensuring technical precision and timely project delivery. Proficiency in both 2D and 3D animation, along with a keen eye for design and effective communication, is essential. Keeping abreast of industry trends and continuously refining your skills contribute to the production of visually striking and engaging motion graphic content.
The primary objectives include maintaining technical accuracy and delivering high-quality work within specified timelines while collaborating with the rest of the animation team.
You will have a good idea of workflow in 2D and 3D animation and software proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, or any compatible 3D software (such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or any 3D application).
Motion Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
- Understand Client/Project/Brand Requirements: Gain a comprehensive understanding of client, project, or brand requirements to inform the creative process.
- Research and Development (R&D): Conduct research and development to propose optimal solutions to the Team Lead for motion graphics and treatment, aligning with project briefs.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with team members to review scripts, develop basic motion boards, generate design frames, create necessary design elements, and produce animations using tools such as After Effects, Element 3D, shape twinning, and other relevant plugins.
- Character and Graphic Animations: Produce high-quality character and graphic animations, adhering to approved styles and treatments.
- Quality Assurance and Timely Delivery: Ensure the final product meets specified requirements and is delivered within established timelines.
- Music Editing (Basic): Possess a basic understanding of music editing to enhance motion graphics projects.
- Diverse Motion Graphics Styles: Ensure that motion graphics styles and mediums exhibit a variety that aligns with the studio's brand identity.
- Technical Knowledge: Acquire practical knowledge of technical aspects related to film formats, optimization, and delivery across various platforms such as digital, broadcast, and print.
- Feedback Iteration: Iterate based on provided feedback to enhance projects and align with both client and studio requirements.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends, learning and applying new applications to improve skills and enhance creative output.
- Technical Constraints and Optimization: Develop consistent practical knowledge of technical constraints and optimization strategies, ensuring effective implementation in digital, broadcast, and other formats within the studio's workflow.
- Smart Execution and Growth: Learn and implement efficient methods for directing execution, facilitating a fast-paced work environment, promoting self and team growth, and adding value for clients.
- Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, adapting and incorporating new techniques and applications into each assignment for continuous improvement.

Who can apply / Qualification and Experience Requirements:
- 2-5 years of industry experience in the media industry as a Motion Graphic Artist / Designer
- A diploma or Bachelor's degree in animation from a four-year college or university or similar work experience required
- Demonstrated experience in 2D Pipeline, Methods, Tools, Creative understanding, Color Theory, Animation knowledge, Technical 2D software knowledge
- Good team-leading and communication skills
- Soft skills like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, any 3d software preferably Blender or Cinema4D, Adobe Premier; and communication software like G Suits and Office Suits tools.
Salary, Bonus, and Incentive:
- Depending on the work experience.
- The yearly increment will be 5 % to 8 % depending on the yearly performance-based increment
- Retention bonus of 10 % of basic salary each month.
