Company Profile : Role: Senior Manager Qualification: Graduate with Material Management + MBA preferred with IT. Experience: 12+ Years Location: Kolkata Mandatory Skills: 5+ years SAP S4 HANA working experience. SAP S4 HANA process improvement and control in MM Module. Reverse auction process initiation organizing and monitoring. Vendor selecting and coordination in reverse auction. Internal and external audit coordination and compliances. Business process monitoring to achieve the best business practices. Job Description: Process Improvements (controls and monitoring on regular basis) Support department to post HANA across all the manufacturing units. End user support to all users on day to day activities in SAP. Monitoring of GR/IR/Freight and other clearance on regular basis Procurement process - Monitoring and controlling of indents in such a way that indents can be clubbed user wise (department wise), to minimize the number of indents and ease the PO creation process. GRN - Ensure all incoming invoice are tax invoice and GRN on real time basis ( no back log GR ), in case of import material, CIV to be made before gate entry. Material Inspection - Inspection at stores within 3 working days. Vendor Analysis - Monitoring of material failed in inspection and return to vendor, monitoring of material supply beyond the delivery schedule. Third party stock audit - Cross checking of book stock vs physical stock and analyze deviation if any. Stock Reconciliation - Analyse the stock differences. Reverse auction process - Vendor selection, auction process analysing, preparing and ground work for implementation. Vendor Portal Internal and external audit - Coordination with all stake holders with audit team to comply the audit requirements. Overall control and monitoring of all business process as per industry best practices, and proposed for standard practices.
