Qualification - Graduate / Postgraduate in Mech/ EnE/Automobile Engineering
Primary Skill - CAD, CATIA, Creo AND exposure to PLM will be Beneficial.
Relevant Experience - 6-10 years

Sub-Domain -EV/ FCEV MHCV/BUS/Fuel Vehicles/Commercial & Passenger Vehicles
Job Description & Responsibility -- Carry out 3D modeling, 2D drawings, assembly in PTC Creo/Catia
- Good knowledge of automotive systems
- DMU management, integrating vehicle systems & project coordination with various teams.
- Manage vehicle variants & meet project specific commonisation & standardisation targets.
- Conceptualise & detailed design VI systems meeting cost weight & functional targets.
- Developing/ tracking/ maintaining detailed timing plans for the components/ systems
- Reviewing existing benchmarking data and obtaining new data as required
- Responsible for CAD sign-off, BOM creation/ management, requirement compliance
- Conduct/ participate regula r design reviews and escalate issues requiring help to management
- Recording & maintaining Design Quality, Weight, functional Targets
- Verification of the detail designs for prototype building
- Utilizes technical skills and design experience to plan, organize, lead,
- Control and co-ordinate design activities
- Involving in technical discussions
- Ensure quality of the CAD design, drawings & speed of delivery
- Workout modularization & standardization proposals
- Technical documentation & design change analysis
- Exp in Automotive OEM
- Exp in Electric Vehicle & Fuel Cell will be the added Advantage.
- Electric Vehicle & Fuel Cell Architecture.
- Co-ordination and issue resolution with ODT/IDT/Proto/Production
- Knowledge of 4D document-s (DFA/DFM/DFS/DFMEA)
