Job description

Job Purpose:

Development Support of Finance applications. Candidate should have experience between 2 - 4 years for the position of Technical Associate.

Main Duties of the Jobholders:

• Understand current mainframe applications and develop the functionality using Java based technology stack.
  
• Detailed System and Integration testing, participate in UAT in partnership with business.
  
• Provide initial triage, investigation and resolution of incidents.
  
• Work with the team and the stakeholders to analyze issues and resolutions.
  

· Flexible regarding working hours (work on an on call rotation schedule, shift schedules).

• Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.
  
• Maintain, debug and improve existing applications
  

Working Shift Details:

Timings that are flexible with US On-Site hours.

Primary Skill/s:

·2 - 4 years Java programming experience

· Good knowledge of Spring framework and RESTFul web services

· Knowledge of SQL and experience in using any RDBMS

· Ability to understand existing Java code and good troubleshooting skills.

· Knowledge Linux environments and exposure to batch/shell scripting.

· Ability to communicate with stakeholders and excellent ownership skills.

Secondary Skill/s:

Basic exposure of Mainframe.
