Job Overview

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team at LMV Financial Services Pvt Ltd. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
  • Experience with various sourcing and candidate assessment methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for open positions
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to attract potential candidates
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop job descriptions
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage candidate feedback and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies, if necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
  • Can able to handle Employee Onbording ,Exist Formalites ,Attandance & Leave Management & Support in Payroll Process as well.
  • Candidate having good working experiance with any Financial Institution is preffred .
