Job description

KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, is currently seeking an Oracle Cloud Developer – Business Intelligence. The Oracle Cloud Developer will be on the Business Intelligence team and will be responsible for acting as a strategic liaison between the business and the implementation process. This includes tasks such as configuring, designing solutions, and providing support. The focus will be on the design, development, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP integrations, data conversions, and reports, with a strong emphasis on integration development. This role will play an intricate part in the continued process automation efforts by KLDiscovery’s Client Shared Services.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM IST

Responsibilities Design, development and maintenance of Reports, Data Conversions, and Interfaces to/from Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Design, and develop APIs for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Development for OIC integrations on ERP Cloud. Write efficient, reusable, and stable code for complex application logic. Develop and maintain functional and technical design documentation Troubleshoot incidents reported by end-users, escalating where necessary to schedule system changes, and discussing resolutions with end-users to arrive at a permanent solution Recognize a defect, a user error, a training issue, a data issue, etc. in the testing and support context Serving as the subject matter expert (SME) for resolving technical issues Collaborating with the technical and functional teams to define integration business rules and mapping for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications Working closely with the ERP functional and technical teams throughout the Oracle maintenance lifecycle and phased go-lives Gather and document business requirements and from business owners. Trouble-shoot system and data questions within standard SLA. Develop automated functional and regression tests Support bug fixes and implement enhancements to applications in Production Create design and user documentation as needed Seek and participate in personal development opportunities to maintain a detailed knowledge of industry standards, engineering best practices, and business needs Work in a team in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment Adhere to development processes and workflows Manage work items within monthly sprints (Azure DevOps) Ability to work Eastern Standard work schedule

Qualifications BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related scientific field preferred 5+ years of related experience preferred Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system, including knowledge of its modules, functionality, and underlying architecture. Integration Development Expertise: Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and other systems. Data Conversion and Migration: Solid understanding of data migration principles and hands-on experience in performing data conversions from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. Reporting and Analytics: Strong skills in designing and developing reports and dashboards using tools like Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, or other reporting tools within the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. Oracle Certifications: Holding relevant Oracle certifications such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS), or Oracle SOA Suite. Problem-solving and Troubleshooting: Ability to analyze complex integration issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
