What is LiaPlus AI
LiaPlus Al (formerly Write+ Al) is an award-winning generative Al product for businesses to hire Al employees for
customer support. Founded in 2023 by experienced entrepreneurs Shailesh Jaiswal and Smridhi Seth, LiaPlus Al is
creating a future where Al employees (robots) can be hired for short- and long-term task delegation. The company
has a presence in India and Saudi Arabia.

Role Details:
- Job Type : In Office, 11 AM - 7 PM, Mon-Sat
- Salary: Rs 3.00- 3.60 LPA (Max)
- Experience Required : 2-3 yrs exp in early-stage startup or in a similar field.
- Work Location: Amity Innovation Incubator, Sector 125, Noida.
What will you do
- Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
- Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
- Develop content of marketing campaigns and social media
- Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
- Identify and research potential clients or markets to generate leads.
You should apply if :
- You have 2-4 years of experience working in marketing field or have an excellent social media presence ( 20k followers on any platform)
- You have a successful record of obtaining solutions and results while demonstrating good judgment and operating within the scope of assigned authority
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; outstanding interpersonal skills
- You like complete ownership; there is minimal management and extreme autonomy
- You can handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines; capability to monitor deadlines and remind the business leaders of the impending ones
- You have a positive attitude, are passionate and can thrive in a super-fast paced and evolving environment
