As an AV Engineer, the resource will be responsible for planning, implementing and troubleshooting audio visual equipment such as VC devices, multimedia infrastructure, etc. The engineer will have good knowledge of audio and video equipment and troubleshooting skills.
. You will design, install, configure, implement, and maintain different types of multimedia, voice, and video infrastructure in an enterprise environment.
. You will troubleshoot multimedia, voice, and video infrastructure complex problems and outages across a broad range of technologies.
. You will get to maximize multimedia, voice, and video infrastructure performance tune performance parameters by analyzing monitoring and trend analysis reports.
. You will secure multimedia, voice, and video infrastructure systems by establishing and enforcing policies and by defining and monitoring access
. You will schedule and perform upgrades to keep multimedia, voice, and video infrastructure technology up to date.
. You will use your collaboration ability to work with different IT stake holders within the organization, and with external customers, to ensure that multimedia, voice, and video infrastructure support the needs of the organization and customers.
. You will simulate multimedia, voice, and video infrastructure incidents in LAB to identify root causes manage multimedia, voice, and video infrastructure escalations from internal teams and administrate and maintain voice and video infrastructure-based environment or any network-related issues per the requirement.
. Setup and operate audio visual equipment for trainings, presentations, meetings and conferences in Microsoft Teams environment.
. Hands and Feet support and Break fixing assistance at Ground level
. Back end technical support during small/large size meetings/events.
. Coordination for any new/Reuse requirement Installations
. Ground involvement in Faulty Replacements
. Ground involvement in AV infra Upgrades and Software/Firmware upgrades
. Ensure Room AV preparations and connectivity check before Meeting schedule start
. Ensure Every Room Having the User Manuals/Posters - inform Business if any deviation
. Ground level involvement in Preventive maintenance, Business Continuity Drills
. Maintain audio visual equipment including projectors, sound systems, microphones, Audio/video/light mixing equipment, overhead projectors, video cameras, recording equipment, adjust amplifiers, video screens, speakers, and lighting.
. Provide technical assistance to other Technicians when required.
. Test equipment to ensure they are in good and safe working conditions.
. Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions
. Coordination with OEM and vendor team for any hardware replacement with in SLA.
. Preparing and maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports and submitting with customer team.
