Job Description:
- Develop an in depth understanding of the processes
- Providing customer support through Voice/ E-mail
- General customer problem solving, assistance and follow up
- Handling Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.
- Handling Reservations & Ticketing (International and Domestic) for air, hotel and train.
Candidate Profile:
- At least 3 year in B2B or Corporate client management
- Amadeus knowledge is a must
- Destination Knowledge would be an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Possesses a keen eye for details
- Passionate about quality
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong team player
