Description
In this role, you will be responsible for gathering insights using various data analysis and modelling techniques from retail sales data and primary data set. You will continuously monitor key KPIs assigned to you and covert them to charts, infographics and communicate any change in trend. This role also involves working with various team like marketing, sales, category etc. as an when required. You will be the part of customer insight & analytics team.
Day to day activity - Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes.
- Undertake pre-processing of structured and unstructured data.
- Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns.
- Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms (Example K-Means, KNN etc.)
- Present information using data visualization techniques.
- Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges.
- Corroborate & value-add qualitative studies using internal data analysis and support the development of reports by providing requisite content.
- Pull data from various servers as per business requirement.
- Participate in presentation of reports to key internal stakeholders, effectively communicating the steps taken to create the output.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently.
- QA/QC data and report output to ensure accuracy & effectively communicating the steps taken to create the output.
Requirement
- Proven experience as a data Scientist or data analyst.
- Experience in data mining, cleaning, and analysis.
- Knowledge of SQL and Python (proficiency in Pandas (must), NumPy(must), Sea born(optional), scikit-learn(must), CNN (added advantage), TensorFlow (added advantage & SciPy (added advantage) packages in python).
- Experience using business intelligence tools (Power BI).
- Analytical mind and business acumen.
- Experience in retail or pharma-retail domain will be an added advantage.

(Monday to Saturday) Work Mode: Work from office
(9 AM to 5.30 PM) Required Qualification
Graduation - Bachelor of Engineering - Bachelor of Technology (B.E./B.Tech.) Note: PG Qualification in Data Science will be an advantage
