Job Description: Senior Manager - Marketing, Branding and communications

 

Sigachi Industries is seeking a talented and result oriented Head of Branding, Marketing & Communications to join our team. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans for our different business units in the B2B space. He/she will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure the implementation of brand guidelines across all marketing and communication initiatives. This role requires a proactive and creative individual with excellent coordination skills and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans:

· Collaborate with different business units to understand their marketing requirements and objectives.

· Create detailed marketing plans tailored to each business unit, encompassing various marketing channels and initiatives.

· Ensure alignment of marketing plans with the overall brand strategy and guidelines.

 

2. Coordinate branding and marketing collaterals.

· Oversee the development of websites, brochures, leaflets, and other marketing collaterals.

· Ensure adherence to brand guidelines for all events, social media posts and marketing materials.

· Collaborate with creative agencies to develop compelling creatives and email signatures.

 

3. Vendor selection & coordination for expos and events:

· Identify suitable vendors for expos and events in line with brand guidelines and differentiated design language.

· Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely execution, cost effectiveness and high-quality deliverables.

· Maintain effective communication and manage relationships with vendors.

 

4. Technical content creation

· Collaborate with various business heads to create technical content, including videos, for the target audience.

· Develop storylines in line with the priorities of various product groups.

· Oversee the production process and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

 

5. Utilize social media for key messaging, promotion, and lead generation:

· Develop and execute social media strategies to deliver key messages and promote Sigachi products and solutions.

· Utilize both paid and organic routes to maximize reach and engagement.

· Monitor and analyze social media performance and make data driven recommendations for improvement.

 

6. Content creation and email campaigns:

· Create engaging content for email campaigns that align with brand guidelines.

· Develop surveys to gain insights into customer preferences and feedback and use it further for measuring improvements in customer service index.

· Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.

 

7. Track and analyze digital media efficiency:

· Implement tools and methodologies to track and measure the efficiency of digital marketing efforts.

· Analyze data and generate reports to evaluate the success of digital campaigns.

· Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

 

Requirements:

· MBA in Marketing, Communications or a related field.

· Proven experience in marketing, branding and communications with a focus on digital marketing techniques, preferably in the pharma, food and nutrition business.

· Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising tools.

· Excellent coordination and project management skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Experience in vendor management and event coordination.

· Experience in tracking and analyzing digital marketing campaigns.

· Knowledge of SEO and email marketing best practices.
