Job Description Summary
10 + Years Experience in Document Control with Oild & Gas/ EPC companies.
Proven experience working on EDMS tools. Able to lead small project team.
Job Description
- Use EMDS software to Accept, Check, Process, Update, Transmit Engineering Documents.
- Able to Transmit document using workflow.
- Able to create transmittal and distribute as per distribution Matrix.
- Perform quality check as per the quality checklist.
- Knowledge of various document types and ability to recognize document types and discipline.
- Document numbering, document registration, filing and uploading.
- Preparation of procedures, workflows, flowcharts and graphically mapping processes
- Quality Checks on documents, registers, databases, EDMS (DC software), transmittals etc
- Management of incoming and outgoing transmittals
- Managing Document Approval Process
- Processes Vendor Incoming vendor documentation.
- Communicate with Vendors for document Submission and AP standards.
- Perform Quality check for incoming documents as per the project requirements.
- Good understanding of Vendor document review codes and able to validate code on Vendor documents.
- Access rights allocation and access rights matrix administration
- Able to Train document controllers & Project team members on Document control Processes and EDMS tool.
- Able to lead small project team.
