Required Qualification :

• MBA Post Graduates with Minimum 60% is must.
• Financial Operations Marketing in Banking and Financial industry.

• Responsible for overall Branch operations and profitability of the branch, Handling Branch operations Team,
• Motivate and work along with branch team to achieve branch set targets Month on Month, Ensure Gold Loan growth at Branch month of month,
• Responsible for canvasing and marketing all financial products of Muthoot Finance,
• Building relationship with Customers and follow-up, Increase Interest Collections of the branch and control on NPAs.
