Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - PMO Lead
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our large ERP implementation program (HCM and Finance), who will be a PMO Lead responsible for the Finance organization. The responsibilities will include delivering overall activities in the PMO, presenting a point of view and moderate discussions with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring meeting key milestones in sync with the project timeline.
Responsibilities:
. Support end to end project management, design, and execution of activities for the Finance workstream.
. Partner with cross functional workstreams having interdependencies with Finance areas.
. Deliver Steerco ready, high-quality work in a consumable manner.
. Act as an interface across workstreams within Finance to problem solve, escalate as required, and ensure adherence to the overall project plan deliverables.
. Quality review of Project documentation, reporting and communication
. Report outs to Group Process Owners
. Moderate discussions between SI partner and Genpact
