Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly self-motivated Key Account Sales Manager with expertise in selling raw materials to diagnostic kit manufacturers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of antibodies, lateral flow membranes, and immunoassays.

Based in Delhi, this role will involve extensive travel across India to engage with clients, build relationships, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Identify and prioritize key accounts within the diagnostic kit manufacturing sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
• Provide technical expertise and support to clients regarding our range of raw materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in a relevant field (Science, Engineering, Business, etc.).
• Proven track record of successful sales experience in the Diagnostic raw materials , preferably to diagnostic kit manufacturers.
• In-depth knowledge of antibodies, lateral flow membranes, and immunoassays.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within India.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.
