Product Manager (Ingenium)

Job Purpose: As a Product Manager III, you'll play a pivotal role in product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. Your expertise will drive innovation, filling gaps in consumer product offerings. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, prioritize features, and define a clear vision for product advancement.

Key Responsibilities: - Engage continuously with the community for feedback on product features, address customer issues, and update product roadmap accordingly. - Anticipate and escalate risks, working closely with engineering teams. - Organize and present program reviews/status to business and senior management. - Define and implement marketing strategies, including social media plans and collateral management. - Collaborate with the business development team for client proposals and presentations. - Ensure smooth operations for product/service lines. - Develop new software product concepts and enhancements based on market and user requirements.

Key Performance Indicators: - Achieve target conversion rates from leads to final sales. - Monitor and optimize costs incurred per potential lead. - Increase user base and user engagement within specific time frames. - Monitor product quality and team performance against sprint calculations.

Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or Marketing. - 3-5 years of field experience in product development, strategy-building, or testing. - Proficiency in data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data. - Previous experience in software development or web technologies is desirable. - 4-8 years of experience in product management for a B2B/B2C company. - Technical competence in software product roadmap creation and cross-functional collaboration.

Functional Competencies: - In-depth knowledge of business innovation, market trend analysis, business needs analysis, project management, stakeholder management, problem management, strategy implementation, solution architecture, and product management. - Familiarity with life insurance industry dynamics, sales channels, claims process, risk, and regulatory frameworks. - Proficiency in transformational concepts like social networking trends, analytics, biometric authentication, and omni-channel strategies.
