Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring decision
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies
Utilize various recruiting channels to attract diverse and qualified candidates
Onboarding and Offboarding
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the offboarding process.
HR Operations
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and provide support to employees on HR-related matters.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers
Contribute to initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Familiarity with various recruiting tools and techniques to attract top talent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
