Job Overview
We are looking for a Female Civil Engineer to join our team at 3 Ciircles Opc P Ltd. As a Female Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and executing various construction projects in collaboration with Tata Projects. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in the field.
Qualifications and Skills
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 1 to 3 years of experience in civil engineering
- Strong knowledge of planning and programming construction projects
- Excellent understanding of execution techniques and site management
- Ability to review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in using construction software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute construction projects according to project specifications and timelines
- Collaborate with the Tata Projects team to ensure smooth project execution
- Supervise and manage construction personnel and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare and submit progress reports, budget estimates, and other project documentation
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
- Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, architects, and engineers
- Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site staff
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to project requirements
