Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in plant maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques for plant equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Proficient in using tools and equipment for inspections and repairs.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilities.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks on plant equipment and machinery.
- Identify and troubleshoot any mechanical or electrical issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all repairs are completed efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements.
- Conduct routine maintenance on all plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and schedule maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas of improvement and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance tasks.
- Stay updated with the latest maintenance techniques and technologies.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to plant maintenance.
