Java MS Consumer Lead Years of Experience: 15+ Year Description Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of software development and software architecture experience working within a bank Extensive experience leading engineering solutions, with current understanding of stack and common projects Work with the engineering team to make sure the solutions are developed as designed and help solve issues that may come up during the development process Excellent verbal and written communication skill; Should be able to effectively articulate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes. Extensive experience in JAVA/J2EE stack, Micro Service Extensive knowledge on building and designing Rest API, API Gateway, and API Standards. Extensive knowledge on Micro-services, Web services, and Integration styles. Experience on building end-to-end Cloud Architecture on GCP, AWS, or Azure with a preference to GCP. Hands-on experience on Spring, Spring Boot and Spring Batch Experience on various kinds of Databases SQL/NoSQL/Graph Hands-on experience on Redis (Caching Mechanism) Hands-on development, DevOps, and Agile delivery skills. Knowledge of CI/CD is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Should be able to effectively articulate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes. Knowledge of an Enterprise Architecture framework, e.g., TOGAF, Zachman (Preferred) Understanding of messaging platforms like Kafka, MQ, Solace. Good to have knowledge on Elastic Search Good understanding of Solution architecture patterns. Ability to work with senior stakeholders and various business parties and drive all the business discussions. A track record of making complex business decisions with authority, even in times of ambiguity, considering the potential long-term risks and implications. Built effective networks both internally and externally and created opportunities for others to work collaboratively.
