Solid understanding of and exposure to BI&A use cases.
Experience in OBIEE & MicroStrategy
Strong problem solving skills and critical thinking ability.
Exposure to ETL tools (Informatica / ODI etc.), Data Warehousing skills.
Experience on databases such as Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server
Exposure to creating POCs to for reporting.
Solid priority setting, with experience working on multiple projects concurrently.
Ability to lead medium tasks/projects/efforts with medium scope and complexity and heavy collaboration with cross-functional teams, both business and IT
Ability to evaluate and offer innovative solutions
Works independently with minimal supervision
Drives portfolio ownership and management for some tasks
SME and point of contact in limited areas of expertise, demonstrating limited breadth and depth
Knowledgeable about software development life cycle management (SDLC) and various development methodologies.
Participates in all phases of the system/software development process or supports, maintains and deploys key technologies across domains and technology stacks in a focused and consistent approach for medium to large complexity efforts, including coordinate sourcing of new hardware/software with procurement, licensing & maintenance, budgeting and forecasting, portfolio metrics, change management, security & compliance and partnership with shared services to achieve the business objectives and goals.
