Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources 3 to 5 years experience in HR roles, preferably within the non-profit sector/Social enterprise/Start-up. Previous experience working with start-ups is preferred. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in an agile environment. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment

Broader Scope of Work: (But not limited to) 1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with the organization's goals. 2. Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. 3. Manage employee relations, employee engagement and communications ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment. 4. Administer benefits and compensation programs. 6. Create and oversee the implementation of performance management structure and 7. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws. 5. Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company and work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results. employee engagement programs periodically. 8. Collaborate with management to address HR-related challenges and opportunities.

Other Information: Scope: Full-time, Willing to work from office Probationary period - 3 months Working days: Monday to Friday + 2 working Saturdays a month Office Timing: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm.
