Job description

1. Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:

Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Utilize various online channels such as social media, email, and search engines to achieve marketing goals.

2. Social Media Management:

Manage and curate content for social media platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and identity.

Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement, followership, and conversions.

3. Content Creation:

Generate creative and engaging content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.

Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.

4. SEO Optimization:

Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility on search engines.

Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to make data-driven decisions for optimization.

5. Email Marketing:

Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products, and increase customer retention.

Analyze email campaign performance and implement improvements based on insights.

Job Requirements:

1. Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experiences. ( Junior positions can apply without any experience as long as you are passionate about Marketing )

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.

2. Digital Marketing Skills:

Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms.

Demonstrated expertise in social media management, content creation, and SEO.

3. Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

4. Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to create compelling and effective marketing copy.

5. Creativity and Adaptability:

Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

Adaptable to evolving trends in digital marketing and technology.

6. Team Player:

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Willingness to contribute ideas and support other team members.

Ability to travel local and International if required even though this position is remote.

Working from home requirements

This position is the working from home position and

• Must have wired internet via fiber broadband or high speed internet available.
• Must have inverter or UPS with 1 hours minimum backup time and Must connect fiber broadband modem and its related devices to this UPS or inverter - This requirement applies to countries where power outages or power-related issues may occur.
