Role Description This is an internship role for a Customer Care Intern located in Gurugram. As a Customer Care Intern at Togopool, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and social media. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and provide valuable insights to improve customer experience.
