Salesforce Pre-Sales Head

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our esteemed client, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services, in the role of Salesforce Pre-Sales Head. In this pivotal position, you will be an integral part of our Salesforce Horizontal Business Unit (HBU), spearheading pre-sales initiatives and engagements with our valued clients.

Lead and orchestrate Salesforce pre-sales activities, primarily catering to the North America, Europe, and APAC regions, in collaboration with our Sales Organization. Contribute significantly to the development and enhancement of our Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE). Serve as a senior Salesforce Pre-Sales Solutions Architect, leveraging your expertise to translate client business objectives into innovative and competitive solutions on the Salesforce platform. Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding their business needs and crafting tailored solutions that drive tangible value and success.

Roles and Responsibilities: BE/ BTech with a 15+ years Strong Solution / Pre-Sales experience and working / partnering with large global clients. Own the definition and design of Salesforce solutions to meet customer-specific requirements, in line with business needs and priorities, which align with the customer’s Enterprise IT strategy Develop the right solution from a functional and technical perspective Demonstrate the right approach to solving complex business problems Adhere to Salesforce best practices and innovative approaches to rapidly create and deploy solutions on the Salesforce Platform Extend the Salesforce investment, leveraging the power of the Salesforce platform, data, and integrations to deliver a tailored experience across multiple channels within the customer’s ecosystem Work closely with the customer’s Solutions Architects, Technical Leads, Developers, and other team members to ensure that the outcomes delivered meet the business benefits and adhere to agreed standards, policies, and design patterns Work diligently on RFP and proactive proposal responses including proposal estimations using various models (Fixed Price, T&M, Fixed Capacity, etc.) Communicate the benefits of the Salesforce architecture to customers and prospects as they look to transform their business Evangelize the benefits of the broad Salesforce Platform and conduct business and technical workshops and education sessions Work with COE to build and present customized demos highlighting technical capabilities and innovation available on the Salesforce platform and cross-cloud approaches Essential Requirements: Ability to understand the customer’s business & IT department requirements, translate those business needs
