Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Portfolio Manager located in Gurgaon. The Real Estate Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing real estate portfolios, analyzing and evaluating portfolios' performance and identifying risks and opportunities, managing leases and finances, and ensuring assets are managed and maintained effectively.

• Analytical skills and experience in portfolio management
• Strong understanding of finance and asset management
• Experience in managing leases and real estate portfolios
• Ability to identify risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate risks and maximize returns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
