Position : Process Engineer – Electrical Maintenance
Job Location : Patan, Gujarat

Job Requirement:
- Candidate with B.E/B.Tech Electrical with 4+ years’ experience into maintenance in Automotive /Automobile / Autocomponents Industry
Job Role:
- To Execute Daily/monthly/annual preventive & predictive maintenance activities of plant & machinery in plant.
- To update machine maintenance. Records in Compliance to TS16949, ISO - 14001, TQM & TPM systems.
- Supervision of execution activities
- To collect & analyse data & for annual maintenance budgets highlighting Breakdown target & Repair and Maintenance Cost of plant
- Execution of SOPs for Safety
- Safety Kaizen, KY
- Execution of Safety audit findings
- To deliver machine to production after maintenance in term of quality & time.
- Execution of improvement activities
- To Generate & maintain machine maintenance records
- To execute inventory reduction activity plan in order to ensure optimum inventory levels & smoothen maintenance activities
- To monitor & control daily utility energy consumption in utility area in order to minimize energy consumption.
- To execute improvements initiatives for reduction of energy consumption of utilities equipments to optimize utility operation cost
- To do analysis of repetitive breakdown through PDCA/QC circles
- To provide on job training to electricians in order to improve their technical skill
