Job description
C. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sound knowledge of markets and various financial
products with ability to present Product briefing to
MFDs and partners
Handling sales through Multi channels.
Meet respective distributors and explain the
importance of SIP in long term wealth creation
Increasing SIP market share in the assigned markets
by identifying, building, and maintaining relationships
with the existing distributors in the respective location
Maintain discipline of daily call routines and
tracking of the business meetings
Product and process knowledge to enable MFDs drive
SIPs in their client base
Regularly keep updated on various functional
initiatives
Good communication & influencing skills to
communicate SIP campaigns/contests rolled out by the
organization to get maximum wallet share from the
partners
Adherence to Bandhan AMC norms, values,
integrity, passion for client service
