Role Overview:

As an Online Sales and Merchandiser youll be at the forefront of our digital presence responsible for managing online sales and merchandise independently. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers while coordinating with the website team for updates and changes. Youll also play a crucial part in expanding our product line by uploading new items and maintaining a keen eye on inventory levels through communication with our factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage online sales and merchandising activities.
• Digital Marketing and business development.
• Collaborate with the website team to ensure the latest updates and changes are reflected accurately.
• Upload new products ensuring captivating descriptions and appealing visuals.
• Maintain regular communication with the factory to track and manage stock levels effectively.
• Regular reporting to management.
• Note: This position is based in Bengaluru.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Any graduate.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in online sales and merchandising within the fashion industry preferably from retail ecommerce business.
• Fluency in English both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously.
• Proficiency in managing ecommerce platforms and a knack for staying updated with industry trends.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with the website team and factory.
• Passion for jewellery and an eye for detail.
• Independent selfmotivated and resultsoriented
• Ability to make sound decisions work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional appearance and demeanour.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Professionalism integrity and a commitment to great quality work.

Other Important Considerations:

• Renumeration < Rs 35k to Rs 45k PA> 4 Lakhs per annum to 5.5 LPA (CTC)
• Yearly Bonus NO but appraisal every year. From 7 to 10 %
• incentive Scheme to be discussed and defined with the employer.
• Yearly Appraisal and increase in salary.
• PF / ESI NO
• Age bracket < > 23 to 35
• Trendy and presentable smart formals.
• No leave during probation of 3 months
• 6 days work from the Store. 1.5 Paid leave a month and up to 18 paid leave per year.
• Operational days and hours All days of the year. Bangalore store 11 AM to 8:00 PM on all days
• Candidate can bring own laptop to work. The store laptop is used for billing and reports.
